Biography:

Leslie Miller received a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Barrett, The Honors College at Arizona State University in May 2023. She is currently a research assistant associated with the SenSIP center and is pursuing her master’s degree in electrical engineering with a concentration in Signal Processing. She was awarded the Fulton Schools of Engineering Impact Award in May 2023 and served as the President of the Epsilon Beta Chapter of IEEE-HKN from Fall 2022 to Spring 2023. Upon completion of her MS degree, she will work full time as an engineer for the United States Space Force.

In her role as a graduate research assistant, Leslie is actively engaged in the development of quantum algorithms for image processing applications. Currently, her primary focus lies in the development of a quantum fusion algorithm designed specifically for processing SAR and optical images.
